Opuz AI is a product of Penterra ("we", "our", "us"). We provide an AI-assisted content creation and publishing tool for LinkedIn and X. Our contact email is agentic@penterra.in.
We collect: (a) account information you provide at signup (name, email, company); (b) content you input into the tool (topics, rough thoughts, post drafts); (c) LinkedIn and X OAuth tokens when you connect your accounts; (d) usage data (pages visited, features used, post frequency); (e) payment information processed by our payment provider (Cashfree) — we do not store card numbers.
We use your data to: provide and improve the Opuz AI service; generate AI content calibrated to your voice and brand; post content to LinkedIn and X on your behalf (only when you click publish); send product updates and onboarding communications; process payments and manage subscriptions; comply with legal obligations.
Content you enter into Opuz AI is processed by large language models (including Anthropic Claude) to generate posts and comments. Your inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers subject to their privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
When you connect LinkedIn or X, we receive OAuth access tokens that allow us to post on your behalf. We store these tokens securely and use them only to publish content you explicitly approve. You can revoke access at any time from your LinkedIn or X settings.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: AI model providers (for content generation); payment processors (Cashfree); analytics tools (to understand product usage); and when required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete your data within 60 days unless required by law to retain it. Generated post content is retained for your history and can be deleted on request.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request this by emailing agentic@penterra.in. We will respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
