Refund Policy

2-week free trial: All plans include a 2-week free trial. No payment is collected during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge.

1. Subscription model

Opuz AI is a subscription service billed monthly after the free trial ends. The first payment is collected only after the 2-week trial period. All payments are processed in INR via Cashfree.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing agentic@penterra.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends.

3. Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases: (a) You were charged after cancelling before the billing date — full refund within 7 business days; (b) Technical failure on our end prevented you from using the service for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period — prorated refund; (c) Duplicate charge due to a payment processing error — full refund within 7 business days.

4. Non-refundable cases

We do not offer refunds for: dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (results vary by use case and usage pattern); change of mind after the billing date; failure to use the service during a paid period; results not meeting expectations (see our AI disclaimer).

5. Setup fee

The one-time setup fee (₹3,999 for Individual, ₹9,999 for Team) covers your onboarding session, brand voice calibration, and account configuration. This fee is non-refundable once the onboarding session has been completed.

6. How to request a refund

Email agentic@penterra.in with your registered email address, reason for the refund request, and transaction ID. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

7. GST

All prices are exclusive of GST where applicable. GST charged is non-refundable as it is remitted to the government.
